Fixed Dentures DETAILS

Fixed dentures, also known as implant-supported dentures or fixed complete dentures, are a type of dental prosthesis that is attached directly to dental implants for a permanent solution to missing teeth.

Unlike removable dentures, they are not taken out for cleaning but are brushed and flossed just like natural teeth. The number of implants needed can vary, but typically, between four to six implants are used per arch.

After placement, the implants are given time to heal and fuse with the bone, a process known as osseointegration. Once healed, abutments are attached to the implants, and a custom-made denture is affixed to these abutments. The denture is secured so that it does not slip or move, providing a natural-looking and functional replacement for missing teeth.

Our patient advocates will provide you with treatment proposals from the three dentists that best fit your dental needs. We will share their suggestions and treatment plans then explain the details, costs and help you compare them so that you fully understand your options.

3. SCHEDULE a videocall

We will schedule a time for you to have a video conference with the dentist that you feel best meets your dental needs. This will help you and the dentist or surgeon to understand your dental needs, the steps necessary to accomplish your treatment and make sure you all of your questions and concerns have been addressed.

4. ChoosE YOUR PLAN

We are here to assist you in making an informed decision that best suits your dental needs and financial situation. Once you have decided on a treatment plan and clinic, we will start planning your travel arrangements.
