Invisalign and braces are two different types of orthodontic treatments used to correct issues such as crooked teeth, crowding, gaps, and malocclusion (bad bite).

While traditional braces use metal wires and brackets to shift your teeth into the desired position, Invisalign utilizes a series of custom-made clear, removable aligners that progressively adjust your teeth’s alignment.

For braces. Brackets made of metal or ceramics are glued onto your teeth using special dental cement. Then, archwires are threaded through these brackets, which apply pressure on your teeth, gradually moving them to their correct positions. The wires are typically held in place with small rubber bands called ligatures.

For Invisalign, the process starts with a digital scan of your teeth. This scan is used to create a digital treatment plan that maps out the precise movements of your teeth. The aligners are made from a comfortable, virtually invisible plastic. As you change to each new set of aligners, your teeth gradually move into their final positions.

Our patient advocates will provide you with treatment proposals from the three dentists that best fit your dental needs. We will share their suggestions and treatment plans then explain the details, costs and help you compare them so that you fully understand your options.

3. SCHEDULE a videocall

We will schedule a time for you to have a video conference with the dentist that you feel best meets your dental needs. This will help you and the dentist or surgeon to understand your dental needs, the steps necessary to accomplish your treatment and make sure you all of your questions and concerns have been addressed.

4. ChoosE YOUR PLAN

We are here to assist you in making an informed decision that best suits your dental needs and financial situation. Once you have decided on a treatment plan and clinic, we will start planning your travel arrangements.
